How to Pay for your Parking:
Pre‑Purchase ONLY
When you pre‑pay, you’ll receive a PIN or QR code for entry and exit. This will be sent via email and is also available in the Account Purchases section when logged in on your device. Learn more here.
Returning to your vehicle/Lift access
To access the car park please use lift located opposite South Bank Train Station on the Upper Ground level.
To call the lift use one of these 4 digit PIN's that are date specific and work until the 2nd of the following month:

Important information
Entry via Vulture Street. Turn left into the first driveway after the railway bridge. To exit after 11pm a lift access PIN will be required please check website for details.
Exit to Vulture Street. The car park roller doors shut at 11pm (Mon-Sun). To exit after 11pm approach the roller door and it will open automatically. Check website for lift access PIN.
This car park is PRE PURCHASE ONLY. The operating hours are Weekdays 6pm to 2am the following day and on Weekends 7am to 2am the following day. Entry is not possible after 11pm when the security roller door shuts. See exit instructions to exit after 11pm.
