You asked for:

  • To be able to cancel or change bookings on your mobile
  • To see your entry PIN numbers on a phone
  • To have your details remembered so you don’t have to…

We listened and the new Secure Parking website for all your devices like your mobile phone was born.

As our new website is completely mobile-friendly, we have made the decision to pause Go Secure.

Did you know you can download a ‘button link’ onto your mobile phone?

If you have never placed a button link on your mobile phone you may find the below instructions helpful:

How To for iPhone, Android, Google and Windows phones

How to place a button link on an iPhone/iOS device

  1. Open Safari browser
  2. Go to our home page https://www.secureparking.com.au or or https://www.secureparking.co.nz 
  3. Click on the ‘share’ icon at the bottom centre of your screen. The one that looks like a square with and arrow point up coming out the top of it. You may need to swipe the share selector to the left.
  4. Click ‘Add to home screen’ the + icon.
  5. Click 'Add'. This will add a shortcut icon to your device.
  6. In future click this icon to go directly to this page.

How to place a button link shortcut on an Android device

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. Open the home page https://www.secureparking.com.au or https://www.secureparking.co.nz 
  3. Tap menu button and tap ‘Add to home screen'
  4. You will be able to add a name for the shortcut
  5. Chrome will now add it to your home screen
  6. The icon will appear like any app and you can drag it to where you want it

How to add to home screen using Chrome for Google Phones

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click on Settings button present in toolbar
  3. Select "Tools  >  Create application shortcuts" option
  4. You will get options to create shortcuts. Choose your desired option and click the Create button

How to Pin to the Start Screen when on a Windows Phone

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Open the home page https://www.secureparking.com.au or https://www.secureparking.co.nz 
  3. Tap more, on the bottom right side of the screen
  4. From the list of options displayed, tap 'pin to start'

A tile will be created on the start screen, which you can now use to quickly open the website to book parking in the future.
